2. Interview
Our team will reach out to you to schedule a confidential interview and learn more about your goals.
3. Tour
Post-conversation, we’ll come out to your school in person to gather any additional information we may need.
4. Valuation
Using all of the data we’ve collected plus our own research, we’ll determine a fair market value for your school.
5. Transition
We’ll collaborate to create a timeline, finalize legal documents, and prepare for the official announcement.
