The Sunrise Preschool located at Higley and Ray Road is our showcase preschool with bright classrooms and exciting, age specific playgrounds. We have a splash pad at this school as well.

Our Director, Christine Reid, opened this new Sunrise school after managing the successful Sunrise Preschool in Scottsdale. Christine has assembled an excellent and loving child care team that includes Ms. Anissah, a teacher with 7 years experience at Sunrise.

This location provides our children with safe transportation in Certified Mini-School Buses, not vans, to and from the following elementary schools:

The outstanding staff at this facility is led by Director Ginger O’Gaffney, a 10 year veteran at Sunrise. Our School Age teacher, Ms. Amy, is a successful Sunrise Preschool teacher with 14 years experience. Amy coordinates our terrific after-school age programs. We start our infants out right, with Ms. Amanda in our comfy five crib infant center. Ms. Amanda has been providing nurturing, loving care to the infants in this center for the past 2 years.

This Sunrise school is led by two veteran Sunrise child care experts. Director Tracy Cross is an experienced child development professional that has been a cuuriculum specialist and Accrediation consultant. Assistant Director Patricia Allan have 20 years of experience with Sunrise. Also, we have multiple long term teachers at this Gilbert Preschool, led by Ms. Maria with 22 years of Sunset experience, and Ms. Donna who has 12 years of experience with Sunrise.

Each of these Gilbert Sunrise Preschools is a Quality First Participant that exceeds the State of Arizona’s educational standards for kindergarten readiness. At Sunrise University we provide our teachers and staff with frequent training and professional development, curriculum and program improvements, as-well-as National Accreditation.

At Sunrise Preschools, we stress “school readiness” activities that will prepare your children for early success in Kindergarten and beyond.

Safety is paramount at all of our Gilbert schools. All teachers are CPR and First Aid qualified. We utilize closed circuit TV in the classrooms and code- key access doors. Any transportation of children takes place in Certified Mini-School Buses, not vans.
